This was on the porch when we arrived home from San Francisco.
Dad started on Monday at Hackettstown, NJ, and called me each night from his hotel.
It was rather funny that each day was "the best day ever--even better than yesterday!!"
I am so happy for him.

Well, like Aeneas, the nostalgia for the past may sometimes be as sweet as the smell of 10 Guittard Road, but now it's on to the founding of Rome--and more great chocolate.
We couldn't be happier for both of you! And by the way, M&Ms are Aspen's favorite candy--she says, "M-M" with more cuteness than should be humanly possible.
I told my coworkers to keep an eye on Mars chocolate products because they're bound to get tastier now that Dad's there!
mmmm... I do love twix. Daddy can be so cute sometimes.
